The International Rescue Committee responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933 at the request of Albert Einstein, the IRC offers lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to refugees forced to flee from war or disaster.   http://www.rescue.org

Supporting the Pursuit of Innovative Culinary Entrepreneurs Spice Kitchen Incubator is a new project of the International Rescue Committee (IRC), in partnership with Salt Lake County. It will be a community kitchen space to bring together refugees and other disadvantaged community members interested in starting a full or part-time food business.   http://www.spicekitchenincubator.org

The Buffalo Field Campaign (BFC) is the only group working in the field, everyday, to stop the slaughter and harassment of Yellowstone's wild buffalo. Volunteers from around the world defend buffalo on their traditional winter habitat and advocate for their protection. Our daily patrols stand with the buffalo on the ground they choose to be on, and document every move made against them.   http://www.buffalofieldcampaign.org
