CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
We provide a true turn-key service from prototype concepts to drop ship delivery. Our experienced design staff has the ability to create fashion forward products with an extensive range of custom fabrication processes, fabrics, trims and embellishments. Our long-term partnerships with the most reliable and responsible factories in Asia ensures our customers of excellent quality control, timely deliveries and factory-direct pricing.

COMMUNICATION
Each project is assigned an individual Production Manager who actively monitors the status of your product on a daily basis from the first stages of development until the production shipment is delivered to your warehouse. In addition to having quality control employees in Asia, econscious has Chinese speaking employees located in our West Coast offices. This allows us to quickly implement design or production changes, which keeps your production on time and on budget. Your sales representative is always available to address any questions or concerns related to your order.

TIME TABLE
Original prototype samples in available materials will take 2 to 4 weeks to produce depending upon the complexity of the product. Once a pre-production sample has been approved, the bulk production will take 60 - 90 days based upon the type of item, the quantities, and the materials required. Standard ocean freight requires 35 - 45 days. Rush shipments can be delivered in 10 days via air freight for an additional charge based upon current market prices.

PRICING & ORDER QUANTITIES
We offer both landed duty paid and FOB factory programs with competitive pricing. Our standard minimum order quantities for hats and bags is 600 pieces per style, and 1200 pieces per color for apparel. Order quantities for all products will vary depending upon materials and embellishments.

PACKAGING & EXPORT / IMPORT LOGISTICS
Econscious offers complete packaging services including custom labels, display boxes, hang tags, price ticketing, bar coding, and shipping marks. We manage the entire process from preparing import documentation to delivering floor-ready merchandise.

CERTIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE
All econscious organic cotton apparel and bags (stock, private label and custom) are produced in our supply chain that has been certified according the to Global Organic Textiles Standard (GOTS), the most comprehensive international standard for the handling and manufacture of Organic textiles. The GOTS certification process uses an independent third party certifying agency to ensure the “organic status of textiles, from harvesting of the raw materials, through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing up to labeling in order to provide a credible assurance to the end consumer.” Our certification to this standard ensures that custom and private label finished goods may carry the GOTS seal.  

 Econscious works only with factories who share our commitment to manufacturing quality products and providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. We make sure each factory meets all legal, wage, child labor, overtime, health, safety and environmental standards required by the country of manufacture. Factory visits throughout the year ensure compliance to our high standards for product quality and code of conduct. All products are accurately labeled, clearly identified and documented to meet U.S. Customs requirements.
